We had a great time at the Neliya guest house, 5 mins from the main walking mall in Velingrad.
Added bonus us that it's 10 min walk form the aquapark in Elbrus. Right across was a playground, so that was an added bonus. We stayed at a 1 bedroom apartment, which had a queen bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the kitchen expanded to a double bed, so it was great for the kids.
The apartment is on the top floor (3rd) and there's no elevator, just fyi, plan to climb the stairs. There are smaller rooms in the 2nd floor.

Clean and spacious room with everything needed, perfect for three adults. There are plenty of shops nearby. The center is also quite close, 10 minutes away on foot. The hosts were very kind. I would definitely book again!
