First of all, I want to praise the owner for his hospitality, goodwill and availability. Even before we started our stay, he helped us with recommendations for our mini vacation. All the indications given by him were very useful and accurate. We found here a hardworking man who made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, prepared by the owner himself. I tasted the best pancakes. I have only words of praise about the location. It is perfect for families with children. They can spend whole days in the yard equipped with everything they dream of. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well-kept, with everything you need. Even the most demanding adults will surely be satisfied with the jacuzzi, sauna, garden bar, terrace available in any season, as well as the possibility of renting bicycles and ATVs right in the yard. It is a suitable destination for any season, we will return soon with great love.

We lived on the storey with three guest rooms, a terrace and a big common room with a dining table and a kitchen. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff.
The guest rooms have their own bathrooms each. In the common room, there is a sink, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee machine, lots of tableware, and even a waffle iron.
Our guest room had a bed for two, an exit to the terrace, a shelf for clothes, two nightstands with lamps and sockets, and a TV with SmartTV option (we even watched youtube on it in the evening). We also received four towels for us two. Our bathroom was very clean, with new packed soap and toilet paper.
The terrace is very big and has a view of the green hills of Veliko Tarnovo. It is furnished with tables and chairs, banks, and even a big stone grill.
This is the first time I have not had any quibbles about the accommodation. Outstanding experience, thank you!

Everything was perfect: very friendly and helpful host, everything was extremely clean, the location was in the heart of the old town, beautiful, clean and peaceful (we were surprised that it was not loud).
The parking was a public one, but the host made sure we had a parking spot right under the room balcony. Even when we left with our car to visit Veliko Turnovo's surroundings, we had our parking spot saved until our return.
The bathroom was external, right in front of our room, but it was our private bathroom.
We had a joint balcony with the room next door, but the room was not booked, not sure if that was intentional, to make sure we had privacy.
The kitchen was on the ground floor and had everything we needed - coffe pot, fridge, ustentils and many more.
Overall, everything was perfect, not even a single inconvenience. We will definately come back to Guest House LAZARA next time we visit Veliko.

Lovely location with lots of green space and caring hosts. The hosts will do their best to accommodate their guests. We loved the pool and the sitting area in the evenings and had lots of fun playing billiards. Close by to the attractions in the area, the best place to be if you want to relax and drive around visiting the area. Nonetheless, they speak English and it is a great opportunity to exercise the language.
We have stayed here before and it consistently delivers to a very high standard. Just like anything else the customer service is mostly the key to satisfaction and the hosts always deliver. Great food served up on request is a winner.

Everything about it, the couple that run it were seasoned travellers in their time and know how to run a guest house for all kinds of nationalities people come from all over the world to stay here, very relaxed and friendly and attention to detail wished we could have stayed longer ourselves!
"a house is made of bricks, but a home is made of feelings" describes very well this location: very warm hosts, communicative, wonderful decorations of the apartment, quiet village, parking place in front of the property, you can ask for breakfast there, they have several options; and one should definitely try the indian dinner options
The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from. The location was quaint, the furniture inside the rooms was gorgeus and the hosts were really friendly and helpful.
