This is an excellent value for money place for families or large groups. It's a top apartment with three bedrooms. The rooms are clean, large enough and there's a bonus balcony that one can enjoy in the morning. The host was great and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The house itself is nice and comfortable to stay in - there was an AC to save us from the summer heat, a pleasant, well-kept garden to relax in, a kitchen, fully equipped, to prepare our own meals.
The host was responsive and friendly, providing useful recommendations and helping us get a taxi to get around a bit easier (it was a bit difficult to walk everywhere, since we don't have our own car). There are a lot of things to do nearby (the city, museums, the volcanos).
