The location is pretty good. You have a view above Smolyan which is the best you can have. The room was pretty big. It’s a lil bit rusty but I didn’t have the problem with that. For one night stand is perfect.

The property is very well suited in the centre of Chepelare. It has amazing view from the garden, a barbecue area just outside with everything you need to have a good night with friends and good food. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy, the living area has high ceilings and a fireplace that we loved so much, the whole house Is very well insulated and warm, two bathrooms are a big plus, a nice kitchen with all you need, did I missed the dishwasher as the girls loved that part :). You won’t be disappointed and the owners are such an amazing people, very friendly and gave us all the info about what and where to look around, restaurants and we got a complimentary bottle of nice red wine. Just amazing place. We will be back soon. Highly recommended for short or long stays winter or summer.

Excellent location, modern new building and very responsive and helpful host. The room was spacious, with everything you need for a short stay, bathroom was well-stocked and comfortable, AC was quiet end efficient. I'd absolutely book again if I have to stay in Smolyan.

We visited in august. Amazing view in a very quiet friendly village. Great stargazing at night. Beautiful forest just a few steps away. The house is very comfortable for our 3 couples and 2 singles. The host was friendly and helpfull. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining/ party room separate from sleeping rooms. Build in sauna (extra charge). Please keep in mind there are no shops/ groceries in the village so you need to plan shopping ahead.
In short a great family option for nature lovers.
Very nice guesthouse, very well heated rooms located in a quiet area with a beautiful view. We skied every day in Pamporovo. The host was very kind. It was an excellent stay for us!
