Everything. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly people. They don't accept calls from international phone numbers. Beds are very comfortable and much better than photos.

The host was too nice and since we arrived late, he welcomed us and accommodated us with a huge smile. The room was clean and had everything needed when traveling hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, microwave. The location is very quiet and there is a large supermarket nearby.

We liked everything!!! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and equipped with anything you might need. Parking is easy outside the building and you can book a table at the nice restaurant just across the street. The location is perfect for a stay in Pleven - it is just a few minutes away from the city center, yet on a quiet street. We appreciated the nice coffee in the morning that was a compliment. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
The apartment is a lovely place to stay for a couple of days in the city. It is located near the city center, 10 min walking distance. Renewed and well equipped flat, there is everything you will need for your stay.
The apartment is warm, and no heating was needed for a pre-winter temperatures. The host was friendly and helpful, and quick to react when needed. Thank you very much!
Perfect location right infront of the Medical University / near the city center and also big supermarkets( Lidl ) Modern/ clean / quiet / with comfortable bed and exceptional AC system/ big TV / spacious bathroom with many shower cosmetics and when the spa is ready ( they are currently making it and from what I have seen there is nothing lile it in the WHOLE CITY OF PLEVEN/ SUPERB SPA) IT'S DEFFINATELLY A PLACE YOU SHOULD BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STAY IN PLEVEN
