The size of the appartament and having 2 bathtooms. The view. The peaceful neighbourhood. The 2 terraces. It was cleaned daily! Air conditioning in every room. There is a small store 3min away. The host was lovely. We were there 8 nights and wanted to stay more. We would visit again. :)

Large apartment consisted of two adjoining rooms, one for sleeping with four separate beds and living room with large TV and kitchenette. All was clean- room's space, lining, towels, bathroom. Great view of the bay as long as you are on a higher floor. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The treats in the room and the tea/coffee were a lovely touch. We had a great welcoming and quiet experience.

I loved the stunning view from the top floor, overlooking the entire bay with sights of Nessebar Old Town, Sunny Beach, and the rooftops of Sveti Vlas. The room was clean, the accommodation process was easy, and the location was fairly close to the evening promenade with cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops. For the price, it was definitely worth it.

It was an amazing room; the hosts were really helpful and smiley. It was a very clean and quiet place; there was also a parking space in front of the hotel. I stayed for one night booked on the same day and they didn't have trouble with it. I would recommend this stay 10/10.
Good location, everything important is within walking distance. The apartments are large and nicely furnished, bathroom is very good and the balconies are great. Free parking is included, the host helped to find the perfect parking place. There is a pool, an optional breakfast and generally the hotel is quiet and peaceful.
It felt like a genuine home, made out of good quality materials, safe, quiet, simple and very esthetic.
It looked much better than all accommodations I stayed in Bulgaria.
After staying in many kitsch all inclusive hotels in that area, I was very pleased to find this guesthouse and I will come back for sure.
It was excellent, it’s the second time we were at Aristocrat. A very quiet place located 300 m away the beach. Rooms are comfortable (the ambient music is an awesome idea) breakfast very tasty. Hosts are impeccable!
