What a fantastic gem among all the pretentious fakery of hotels and ridiculous guests houses! A place of character, comfort and quality. James and Trina are fantastic hosts who genuinely care and will go the extra distance to make sure their guests are well looked after. The shared space is beautiful and comforting. A well stocked bar with rarely available ales and stouts.
Well worth a visit. Value for money is superb.

Gorgeous apartment, perfect location on the pedestrian strip near parks and galleries, with restaurants and coffee shops around. A nice veranda overlooking trees and hills to have my coffee or tea left by the host for me. Quiet, airconditioned, fully renovated apartment with brand new furniture, very comfartable double bed, storage, dinning table, fridge lots of light and all windows were protected with fly screens Really happy and highly recommend it.
Location is not very interesting as it is in the middle of a small town Kustendil, but it is very quiet to sleep there. The house itself is very well equipped and nice and hosts are very friendly and willing to make your stay pleasant. I liked it a lot!

Tastefully decorated, spacious apartment in the center of the city. Everything you might need is on a short walking distance and still the apartment isn't noisy, you can get quality rest while staying here. All the amenities are new, the apartment is big enough to comfortably fit 4 people, tv & ac in each bedroom, 2 charming balconies, lovely décor and details in each space. The internet is strong and reliable for work. The hosts are sweet and welcoming. Would come back!
