Spacious green yard which blends in with the forest. The host was very friendly and unobtrusive. There was coffee for the coffee machine which was a very nice gesture. The room was equipped with everything you may need - coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron, kettle as well as utensils. Everything is well thought of and comfortable for the guests.

I had a wonderful time! Aleks is so very welcoming, the place itself is very well maintained and has a proper kitchen. It's situated 5 minutes from the Samokov bus station and also close to quite a few supermarkets and ATMs.
I would recommend it to others and would also return myself!

Great location, a 2 min walk from the slopes and gondola. It has a 24/7 mini market and paid parking (very cheap and safe) right below the apartment. The apartment was clean and warm, with a very nice view of the mountain from the balcony. The host was super nice and very quick to respond to messages.

Great location for skiing literally two minutes walk from the ski slopes. It is also in very close proximity to all the bars and restaurants but at the same time it was surprisingly quiet in the apartment we did not experience noise at all. The beds were comfortable, the apartment clean and the host very attentive.
