We were greeted by the owner's mother who we very much enjoyed talking to via google translate. She was so lovely and helpful! The air-con was on and the room was nice and warm. I liked that there were some comfy chairs for both myself and my friend. A good touch was having a shared fridge in the hallway. It would have been good to have maybe a few bits of cutlery but that's only because we forgot!!

Really nice room, comfortable bed, with Christmas lights adding a bit more cosiness to the good terrace. As a house guest, they also give you a voucher for a discount for Kotvata, which is right next to it. We were there in December, but I imagine the garden will be super nice in spring and summer.

Very beautiful guest house in very nice village of Beli Iskar. Close to Borovets and Govedartsi. Close to hiking trails and nature. Unfortunately we did not have a lot of time there on our way to Sofia, but we plan to come back.

Great location and facilities. The rooms are spacious and ours was with a beautiful mountain view. The spa is clean, outdoor pools amazing, loved the salt sauna. The restaurant was great too, food was delicious and very reasonably priced! The staff both in the hotel and the restaurant were very professional and kind. Would defo return. Also they catered for gluten free people upon request which pleasantly surprised me!

Very charming hotel located big park area and a wonderful landscape with nice spa and exciting external bathing area, spacious and comfortable rooms, helpful and polite staff. Great place for relax less than hour away from Sofia!

Beautiful new house, fully equipped and very clean, great location in a calm place close to the center. The host was very polite and even provided a baby bed for our stay. I can only recommend this place, it was an excellent experience👌
