The room was very clean and had everything you need for comfortable stay. The host is very welcoming and helpful, he helped with luggage, dedicated place for the bicycle and shared his private refrigerator. In the corridor where are all the rooms on the second floor there was a nice gesture - tea, coffee, biscuits and some dishes (cups, plates, cutlery, electric kettle), I found it very sweet. The building itself is in the city center, it's 100 meters from museums and two churches.
At the shore of the Batak dam, Family Hotel Shisharka features a restaurant with a summer terrace. Bikes can be rented on site. All rooms come with a furnished balcony and a TV.

Location is perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The host is welcoming and professional and ensured our stay albeit short has been to our satisfaction. Breakfast in the outdoor restaurant was also very good. Great value for the money! Will visit again next time we’re in Velingrad.

Everything was perfect! Rosa gave me coffee, cake and juice upon arrival. The room was super clean, quiet and spacious. It was a few minutes walk to the city center. I would stay again if ever in Velingrad.

We had a great time at the Neliya guest house, 5 mins from the main walking mall in Velingrad.
Added bonus us that it's 10 min walk form the aquapark in Elbrus. Right across was a playground, so that was an added bonus. We stayed at a 1 bedroom apartment, which had a queen bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the kitchen expanded to a double bed, so it was great for the kids.
The apartment is on the top floor (3rd) and there's no elevator, just fyi, plan to climb the stairs. There are smaller rooms in the 2nd floor.

Great place and hosts. There was no breakfast but free coffee/tea capsules available at the room, as well as electric kettle and fridge. The location is perfect and room was perfectly comfortable. Congrats to the owners for their work!
We did like the size of the room and all facilities. We felt very comfortable and cosy. Will visit again. The host was very helpful and even called us on the second day to ask if we needed anything and if everything was OK. We felt really looked after. No complaints at all.
