Beautiful guest house, super cozy and clean rooms with beautiful balconies over looking the mountains. Very friendly staff and they even allowed us to leave a bag with no extra charge while we were hiking in the Pirin Mountains.

I loved this guesthouse! It is close to the bus station and the old town. It has lovely big balconies with beautiful views and my room was a good size with a small fridge and kettle, which were very useful. The staff are very kind and helpful. They speak some English and they carried my suitcase upstairs for me (there is no lift). It was very clean and a little more modern than I expected. When my friend decided to join me unexpectedly for the last 2 nights, the staff brought an extra towel and an extra duvet for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the balcony meant the room was cool enough in the summer. This guesthouse is such great value! Thank you!

It was clean and our room had a wonderful view. The owner helped us with an issue - we had a problem with our car. We had a safety place to keep our bicycles. We had enough hot water. Children were able to play and jump in the yard - there were facilities for them, too.

Beautiful house, very spacious. We went as a group of 14 friends and there were a couple extra beds. Everything was beautiful and clean, massive communal kitchen area and other communal areas outside for everyone to sit in the evenings. Owner lives in the house next door and is easily contactable while not intruding. Hot water worked perfect. House only a 5-10 minute walk from Gondola station. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Our stay was perfect! The property looked exactly like the pictures. Great location close to the city center. The food was very good and cheaper than we found anywhere else in the city. Vladimir was amazing, he helped us out with tips on where to eat and what to see in the city and was very kind throughout our entire stay.
Our recent stay at this charming apartment was delightful; very cosy, it felt like home away from home. Views of the golf course and mountains were incredible. It was easy to get around and everything was super close by. Spa and outdoor pool were super warm and uncrowded. The apartment was surprisingly quiet and had a lovely balcony to enjoy the view from. The host was welcoming and helpful, made our stay memorable. This place is a true gem and we will book it again!
Great location, close to Bansko Gondola (10 min walk) and from Old City Center (15) but quiet area. Great pool and jacuzzi area, with warm water and enough space for guests. Food was decent with multiple choices for both breakfast and dinner. Great personnel that helped us with whatever we needed.
The apartment was both cosy and functional, very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and warm, such a bonus after a day of skiing. The host was very easy to communicate with and surprised me with some treats on arrival. The walk to the Gondola was much shorter than I had expected. The street was very quiet but also very close to the restaurants and shops. So overall fantastic accommodation in a great location, I would definitely book again next year!
Lovely little studio with everything you need - kettle, tea. microwave, even a fridge and cutlery. Great host, responsive, replying to messages immediately, providing check in instructions. Speaks German, but makes effort to comminicate clearly. No issue check in. Good deal and a very low price. The studio was very clean, bed comfortable, heaters warmed the place up quickly, quiet. Free parking, and walking distance to the town.
