We were given room 1, and the room was great.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom as a whole were great and the shower in particular was amazing. Great water pressure and the water gets warm very quickly. The WiFi had a good speed. The host was friendly and could speak English.
The location was very quiet and peaceful, yet at the same time not too distant from the city center and close to a highway.
There are easily accessible parking spaces in front of our stay to park the car.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were extremely charming, friendly and helpful. We loved staying there. The suite is very practically equipped and the special charm lay not least in the green surroundings: we almost felt a bit like in a noble tree house! Brussels, Ghent and Bruges are within easy reach and the wonderful castle park is just round the corner. We were able to work there, go on excursions and relax. We had our dog with us, which was also uncomplicated. A wonderful retreat!

A nice and spacious split-level accommodation (bedroom/living upstairs and bathroom one floor down). It has been newly renovated and it looks like it's still getting the finishing touches on it. The owners have very nice taste. It was a shame that for us it was just a sleep-over stop on a very long journey, I would have liked to have spent more time chilling. The room has a Nespresso machine and it was great to take a coffee to go. It's a clean, simplistic set up that worked nicely for us. A good sleep and shower were had! The room was quiet (very appreciated), the garden was lovely to look at and parking was right in front of the house.

The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too!
Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.

Gorgeous property, love the interior design choices! A stunning garden to look out over and a really luxurious bedroom. Our hosts were friendly and the breakfast was ideal. We particularly enjoyed using the kitchen to cook dinner when we realised almost all restaurants are shut on a Sunday! Super quiet location, easy to find and park.
Pauline was such a friendly host, always prepared to help and recommend and make my stay as comfortable as possible. There is also an adorable friendly dog! The building itself is a really charming, old farm, and it's ideally located a 5 minute walk away from Basse-Wavre station. Breakfast has homemade bread and jams. There is a circular walk that you can do around the farm which is pretty. It's a very quiet area, so you can get a good night's sleep!
The hostess is such a pleasant and caring person, always thinking in how to make it better for her hosts.
The location where the premises are is a charming woodland park.
A small road to get there and funny names of the roads (each the name of a forest animal) so watch out if coming at night, but safe to drive.
So, it is a 10, what else ;)
The location was great, very quiet and a bit outside of the town. The rooms were small but nice and clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was possible to use the garden at any time, which is a great place for kids to play.
