The room was nicely presented and comfortable. There was plenty of space in the cupboards. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful assistance. The property is nicely secluded when driving through the entrance path. I really liked the style of the house and its perspective on the garden and pool.

A nice and spacious split-level accommodation (bedroom/living upstairs and bathroom one floor down). It has been newly renovated and it looks like it's still getting the finishing touches on it. The owners have very nice taste. It was a shame that for us it was just a sleep-over stop on a very long journey, I would have liked to have spent more time chilling. The room has a Nespresso machine and it was great to take a coffee to go. It's a clean, simplistic set up that worked nicely for us. A good sleep and shower were had! The room was quiet (very appreciated), the garden was lovely to look at and parking was right in front of the house.

Everything was OK! The location is a 10-minute walk from Waterloo train station. Easy access. 10 min walk to the centre of Waterloo city centre. The room is spotless, with clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare food. The host is very kind.
The room was typical of what is to be expected from an ibis hotel - cheap and basic, no frills but convenient and meeting requirements. We were in Waterloo for one evening to go sightseeing the next day and then move on and this hotel was very conveniently located in Waterloo. The room and facilities are very basic but clean and quiet.

Hosts Anne and Michel very thoughtfully collected me from the train station even though it's only a 20 minute walk. The also very kindly made sure I got to the station in time to catch my return train.

The breakfast was excellent. Cereals, toast, home-made preserves yoghurts, fresh fruit etc.
Anne and her husband are great hosts! We felt like home, the room was nice and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and very nice presented by our hosts. They served us homemade and local products.
