The place was vintage but in poor condition. Also the TV didn't work at all or the video. It was very boring staying there in the winter. You don't have direct access to the facilities because you stay in an apartment and not on the ground floor.

Perfect location and walkable to city centre. The common area of the property is under renovation but the room itself is beautiful and with a high ceiling paired with a lovely city view. Super duper helpful and friendly host!!
We had the 'marine' room with en suite bathroom. We had a good space, comfortable beds, kettle and fridge. The location of the B&B was rural and quiet so we slept very well. Often we stay in very modern, impersonal hotels so it was a pleasure to be in a real B&B where we were treated as actual guests, rather than names on a list. We enjoyed a generous and delicious breakfast every morning and the hosts were welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed it very much.

The room was comfortable with ensuite shower and separate toilet plus ample tea and coffee facilities. The hotel cafe closes at 7pm but there is a fabulous French style bistro next door where we had a marvellous meal. Our host Maggy serve an ample and delicious breakfast from 7am in the morning so I could get to Spa race track on time. Recommended.

The studio is charming, it has a nice balcony and the view has some nice trees which host some happy singing birds.
The neighbourhood is also beautiful and we think it is the best choice for Verviers.
There is a bakery nearby open early in the morning, some restaurants here and there and a big supermarket.
We had a good time in this studio and we plan to come back.
Perfect place for a weekend getaway with peace and quietness. I traveled with my family (husband and 2 small kids) and the apartment was perfect for us. Well-equipped, organized, and clean apartment. I didn't have the chance to meet the host, but he seems to be a nice person. The location was perfect for us, away from the city but close enough for us to have our meals at nice restaurants.
Very charming, cosy. quiet and comfortable place. Big garden with trees, pool and sun beds. Everything was very clean and the hostess was kind and helpful.
