It was in a nice location, close to Spa. The location offers a parking spot for your car. The room and bathroom were really new and were very luxurious. The beds were more comfortable than my own bed. There was an outside terrace were we could sit as well. The owner brought us breakfast every morning at 9 am (can be discussed how late you want). It was enough for 2 big eaters and contained some fruit which we brought with us on our hikes. Furthermore, the owner helped us getting around in the area. We did a few nice hikes in the area and went to the Peak brewery.

We arrived late and left early because of our participation at a triathlon competition. We brought some stuff (toilet paper, kitchen stuff, ...) to avoid problems, but everything was there. A small inventory list mentioned clearly what was available. Our bikes were safe in a small room.

Lovely modern property, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room and very quiet. Excellent breakfast including homemade jams. The hosts are extremely welcoming and even offered to drive us into town in the evening (although we decided to walk, since it is not too far from the centre).
Great location, in the city centre. Not noisy despite the bars around. Cosy furniture and deco. Spotless clean. We appreciated the water, beers, fruits, coffee and tea prepared for us. The communication with the host was smooth.
Quiet, serene location but less than a 10-minute walk into town. Ample breakfast with cheese, breads, pastries, fruit and soft boiled eggs.
Lucas is a great host: he checks in but is not overbearing. Little bear, the cat, is a wonderful host too!
Beds are super comfy, good shower. Grateful for the tea station in our room and to Lucas for going out of the way to provide some milk for us.
It was also great to have the mini bar and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace on a sunny afternoon with a glass of wine.
Beautiful, charming, cosy house in a great, quiet, green location. We loved the big garden (our dog loved it too!). We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony upstairs admiring the view. Anne was a wonderful host!

Friendly host, nice breakfast, free parking, fly screens to keep the mosquitos out, beautiful garden! It's located outside of the city centre so it's very quiet but still not too far from the centre.
What a gem! located conveniently in the center of Spa, though quiet and private. House is absolutely stunning- even more beautiful than on the pictures. Rooms are very spacious with 4m high ceilings and gorgeous fireplaces. Real wooden floors and very comfortable beds.Kitchen is very well equipped! Randy was a great host, which made the whole experience even more special. The house is one of a kind - character property filled with historical elements and all modern amenities you need. Definitely recommend!
