I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but felt compelled to write this one. I think I last wrote a review around 2011, so you all keep this in mind. Further I have used booking since around 2010. This place does indeed have all the nice scenery and it is in a quiet location not far from Brussels center. So the positive comments are well founded. Having worked in customer service and being a world traveler I am loathe to write reviews but the reason why I am writing has to do with breakfast.

Great location near public transportation and lots of restaurants around. Room was clean and comfortable. The host was nice and kind. Good for two friends visiting brussels on a short trip! It was also a great value for where it was located.

Everything is great in this place, also the kitchen and bed. Very clean place and quiet. Near to some shops and metro. Close to some tourist attractions if you can walk for 30 to 40 minutes it's okay also but there's a metro 8 minutes walk.

The breakfast was delicious and very well prepared. The hosts were attentive to details. There were different types of bread, jelly, cheese, ham, yogurts, fruits, milk, and coffee. It felt like home.
