Super simple but functional place. Best shower head. Room had lots of light. Ours faced the street and it was quite noisy. No AC/fan so it might get warm; we had typical Belgian summer night so it was cool with the window open. Didn’t use the kitchen but it looked fine and clean. Bathroom was functional. Note for accessibility there are quite a few steep & narrow stairs.
Family run, owners are super kind and considerate, let us keep our bags before check in and gave us the key ahead of time since the room was ready. All the best to the family!

Lunatree is the perfect bed and breakfast and Serge a wonderful host! He was nice enough to let us keep our bikes in the hallway and let us in early as we were soaked by the rain. The interior design is spectacular- making you feel right at home and breakfast was sublime. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!
Everything was absolutely perfect, the apartment is in a great location, many beds for a group of friends. The apartment is very beautiful and has everything you'll need for a few days. Communication was the host was exceptional, if I go to Brakrock in Duffel in the future I will definitely try to stay here again.
We enjoyed everything about this property. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The b&b is located in a quiet area, a few minutes away from the city center. The breakfast was very good with multiple choices. The whole building is decorated and designed in a stylish way and the attention to details is present everywhere.
This B&B is something else: a unique house filled with a Pandora's box of design. We rented the suite, which has a living room, a garden terrace and a sitting room with wood burner - in addition to the double bedroom. Quiet, comfortable and clean, and a lovely host to welcome you and make you a yummy breakfast. The cathedral and city centre are a few minutes walk, and a car park is located under the cathedral.
Great room with a comfy bed. We didn't have those beautiful headboards like in the pictures, but it was nice. The coffee machine, safe and fridge - everything was working and clean. Great location on a quiet street, just 5 min walk from a cheap parking... The city centre was less than a 5 min walk away. Amazing locations! Especially, when the roadworks will end :)

Perfectly located to walk to the station in about 10 minutes. A 15 walk away for the beautiful city center and a very quiet calm street for a good nights rest. Very friendly host who helped me get more coffee satchels when he asked if there is anything he can do for me.
