Great location by the river. Mooiwater rooms are opposite bistro Bruno which is where check-in took place and breakfast was served. Lovely accommodation for a short stay, clean and well presented. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to your preferred style alongside a continental selection. Wish we stayed another night to have some an evening meal and a beer in Bruno, really liked the vibe. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Deinze.

We simply loved our stay here. To be honest, we would love to book another trip in this direction just to stay here again. Don’t think twice before booking—it won’t disappoint. I had a lovely time there. It is a perfect location on Ronse Hills, but it is still close to all commodities. The design of the pool cabin was lovely. Perfect breath-away place.

Easy to find and close to centre. No contact check-in, comfortable beds, access to Netflix on both tvs in our suite. Coffee machine, which we used to boil water for tea. Use of kitchen facilities and honesty bar in the breakfast area. Friendly staff and the ability to store luggage after check out including continued use of facilities. Luggage isn't locked away, it is stored in the breakfast area but the building requires code for entry.

4) Every morning we were greeted to the most lovely spread of breakfast made by Anka who is one of the most sweetest, happiest and cheerful person I've ever met . She even laundered my clothes and did every little thing for us..
5) We were allergic the first day due to dust and cobwebs but the host immediately took action and had them cleaned for us.

We felt really welcome , with personal touches from our host, and we love the history of the house . Our hosts were really nice and flexible with our dog.

Niels and Anke truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and my complicated check-in and check-out process since I was coming in late from Los Angeles. They even set up and iron/ironing board in my room since I was in town for a wedding and new my tuxedo would be crumpled. The room was extremely cozy/charming and immaculately clean plus the breakfast served in the morning is outstanding. Highly recommend this incredible bed and breakfast and would stay here again in a heartbeat! I would rate my stay an 11/10 if I could!
Anke and Niels were wonderful hosts -- and great cooks! The room was large and the bathroom was even larger. Dinner was exceptional (do try the Gentse waterzooi and the kaas kroketten), and breakfast was very good. A lovely old house with great details everywhere, with a very pleasant back garden (great for dinner in the summer). Overall a very good stay.
