The hotel staff is friendly and hospitable. The premises and some of the appliances might be a bit old-fashioned but in general, it is a clean hotel. I was given a room on the 11th floor which provided panoramic views of the Northsea and the beach. The location is superb.

This was truly a magical property. A 15 century house that made you feel like you had stepped back in time to a fairytale. Host David was so incredibly kind and helpful. They served the most marvelous breakfasts. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to everything. The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Can’t wait to come back again.

Mike was a very responsive host. There was an issue with the key when I arrived that he solved within seconds remotely. The space is very nicely appointed - the decorations are a variety of statues were set nicely against the combination of historic Bruges building and modern updates for comfort.

The location was a short 10 minute walk to the main square and on multiple bus routes from the train station. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The balcony had a wonderful view over the rooftops and was perfect for tasting the delicious Belgian beer. We would definitely stay here again.

I had the top floor which I loved. Views and 6 windows for a good breeze. It is 4 flights up but I’m fine with that. Helpful staff and quiet, central location!

Beautiful 1930s house in the charming resort of De Haan. Easy access to beach and town. Comfortable clean spacious rooms and an exceptional hostess who provides a great breakfast.
The hostess is wonderful. You get a royal breakfast with warm bread and croissants. If you ask Sabine can bake you an egg. As a dessert fresh fruit salade and home made jam. Also home made cake is available during the day.
The location is great, close by Brugge and only 1 hoir drive to Lille France. If you want to make a trip to there.
De Haan city is a charming small city. There is enought to do with a lot of nice places to enjoy nice food. The beach is 10 minutes away.

We all enjoyed our stay in the house. The guarded beach was about 15min walk away and although it was summer and vacation time, it was not too crowded and always nice. The surrounding area was relatively quiet - better than you would expect in a vacation village. Our hosts responded quickly by mail and phone and there were no problems with the deposit.
Great location right on the beachfront (though facing inland). Good size, comfortable apartment. Huge smart TV. Decent wifi. Well equipped little kitchen. Host was welcoming and popped in to make sure everything was ok.
Quite simply lovely from the friendly check-in with bubbly, to the exceptional breakfast, to the friendly checkout with parting gift. Art déco style hôtel with delightful rooms in a great location. Not cheap but great value.
