The stay was overall fantastic. The host was extremely kind, flexible, and helpful. His communication was quick and clear. The place was pretty easy to find with GPS. There was lots of space, and 12 people fit comfortably. The place was clean, and the hosts went the extra mile when we had any requests like more paper towels, salt, etc. The bathrooms all worked and had hot water. The host offered both vegetarian and meat options for breakfast, and was flexible with the serving times. Thank you for the fantastic time in Pale!

The location was perfect, so easy to access all we needed to see Sarajevo. But even better were the host/staff. This is a family owned and ran business. The breakfast was amazing and only 5 euros per person, they treated us like old friends, shared food and conversation, Time Out Guest House made our experience in Bosnia one we will always remember.

All was good as expected. Erol was there for all we needed. We did not need much but he was still there. Room was clean and comfortable, very nice decoration. Other parts of the building are old but Erol cannot do anything about it. Location is TOP for the stay in Sarajevo.

Our host was extremely hospitable and welcoming. We arrived early and wanted to check in sooner, he’s made every effort to accommodate us, taking our bags, driving us to the center and picking us up once the apartment was ready. Similarly our transport was leaving later and he immediately agreed for us to stay as long as we needed the room for.

Great location, quiet, amazing view. Everything was clean and comfy and even the decoration setup was great (upon request). Host was very caring, attentive and always checking on us if we need anything.
