Great location in the middle of town, a range of restaurants literally outside the motel entrance. Very quiet, good sized modern room with a generous bathroom and breakfast available.

Has become a favourite for staying in Swan Hill as it's reasonably quiet for a central location. Lots of parking available. Continental breakfast was offered if needed as the restaurant wasn't open during our weekend stay. We found a nice cafe not far away.
Host was very personable and had upgraded me to a very large family room which given how cheap the room was I did not expect.
Bed was very comfortable & room very clean, location was so quiet.
