The bathroom was amazing with the giant bathtub.
Host was very flexible and great communication
Boasting garden views, Kincumber Guest Suite provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 23 km from Memorial Park. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The videos to help with location and checkin were really useful. Very reasonable price for a travelling stopover. I like the busy/messy farmyard. It was very quiet overnight for sleeping. It is close to the motorway. If you bring your food with you, there is everything you need to heat up or cook a meal. There is a large common area. The gentleman who was around was really nice and friendly.
Convenient to the Highway to Sydney or Newcastle.
The room was clean and spacious.
The bathroom area was also clean.
Host communicates effectively with the guest. Had issues with poor pressure of the shower on the first night, reported this to the host. This was promptly investigated and resolved straight away.
Absolutely nothing to like here. Beware especially of the building manager / owner - Jesse. Wait till he poopoos all over this review with his fake made up stories. Super aggressive and very very rude. It was cheap but our choices were limited as we had a dog. The owner allowed us to stay with the dog but frankly only after getting there we realised what a junk this place was. Full of mould; possums and snakes living in roof moving all night.
The bed was comfortable, the house was quiet (there were no other guests while we were there). Having read some of the reviews we were a little worried especially since it was so cheap. For the price though, the best I'd hope for is a clean place, comfortable and warm bed and working amenities. It was nicer than I'd expected (the mattress looked new) and I'd happily stay there again.
The host was very helpful.
The location has potential. In a quiet, rural area, but a quick drive to shops and everything you could need.
The property itself has heaps of potential, but not well maintained.
I dont think our booking made it clear that it was a shared bathroom.
Allocated space for each room in bathroom and kitchen cupboards and fridge was good.
