Location, cleanliness & friendliness of the people in the house. Unfortunately the owners of the property were not away on holidays. Which I believe was would solved most of the problems.

Lovely, spacious house in a great location - on a very quiet street but still easy to walk to local cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and a nice table in the garden to eat outside at. Excellent hosts who provided really useful local information and great communication. Check-in was very easy too. I would stay here again if back in Orange.
A comfortable B & B with lovely outlook to a terraced garden. Very charming hosts, with Pete, a very talented musician, giving an impromptu piano recital. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
The Sampson is a great place to stay in Orange. It is in a great location and the house is clean, neat and tidy. I love the extra little touches such as the chocolates and biscuits that were provided. As we arrived late the house was warm on our arrival. Rex and Jacqui are great hosts. Will definitely be coming back to stay :)
