My parents were greeted and shown where everything is. They provided all the necessary amenities and even included ingredients to make pasta. The stay is amazing value for money as you had access to majority of the house and given everything you needed to have a nice comfortable stay. House was very clean and comfortable

It was so beautiful. Styling was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. The hosts left lots of snacks.

Great location, though on a main road the rooms were quiet. Manager had turned on heating in my room prior to my arrival, so my room was warm and cozy on one of the coldest, wettest days this year.
We had a great stay! The guesthouse was spacious and suited our needs well. The owners were communicative and the whole process was very easy. I'd recommend the guesthouse for anyone looking for a quiet space in Mornington.

Very easy to check in/out. Very friendly and professional staff. We were able to check in already at 11.45am instead of 3pm (Super). Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Great location.
