The location is great location, as it's quite near to city centre, and yet quiet and easy to get around. Lots of amenities nearby.

Nice and quiet place to stay for the first night landing in Melbourne, very close to public transportation, easy to access the city by train. The house is very clean and it has 3 renovated bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed. Breakfast was so good and the host is very kind. We would highly recommend this Cosy Home to our family and friends.

The accommodation is very clean and spacious. It has a good location, just a 4-minute walk to the train. The landlord is very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable!

I stayed with a group of mates for my birthday and we had the BEST experience. Completely exceeded my expectations. Great location, walkable to everything. Brand new building, brand new facilities so it was great. Beds were very comfy. Very quiet at night too, which was surprising for such a busy hostel. Very clean bathrooms.

It is within quite a safe area, but 24h reception gives peace of mind.

I found the bed really comfortable and had a great sleep! The area was quiet too so I barely heard any street noises.

The accommodation is really clean, although its interior looks a bit old, and that makes the place looks a bit less clean.

Very comfortable apartment. Highly recommended. Far better value and comfort than a hotel. Great location on Bay Street (bay end) within 1-2 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. Safe and secure complex that opens directly on to Bay Street.
Was initially confused by the need to meet Elizabeth to get access, but its a large building and much better to understand once shown around and given instructions in person. Elizabeth is a lovely person and great host.
Comfortable and quiet location, unit was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed in my trip. Just a stones throw away from Flemington racecourse, a short walk to the nearest shops and a tram stop in the doorstep that takes you straight to Queen Victoria Markets and the city centre. Host was very welcoming and happily helped out when I needed it.
