Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. The room was quiet , clean and the bed was comfortable . The shower was good. I have booked again in a better room as it was a great location for me, a bit out of town, though there is a restaurant on site.
great location. facility with a subcontinent character feel with gracious Indian host
spotlessly clean.
exceeded the expectations. Look forward to our next stay!
We.liked the rural setting, the quiet and the informal nature of the property. Our host, Billie, was a lovely raconteur and really made us feel welcome. The dogs were also very welco.i g whi h we all enjoyed.
Great location for Katherine gorge.A tranquil bush setting . The tent was basic and comfortable.Carney and Kate were gracious helpful hosts.Sunset @ the gorge look out was brilliant, and star gazing was spectacular. The pool was a welcome addition after a hot day touring
Great location, very quiet and safe. Beautiful environment with huge shady trees. Staff were lovely and the Creme Brulee at the restaurant was amazing.
The location, facilities are ok, think granny flat with all the things you need, homey, private. Its off the main town, in a private property, so its quiet. The host is very friendly, unassuming (for a host that let guests share their private space), very hospitable.
The room size was generous and furniture and bed were comfortable.
Grounds were well kept.
Buffet breakfast was tasty and had a good range to choose from.
Great location in a quiet area.
