Spotlessly clean, very new and modern, great bathroom, and all extremely quiet day and night.
Huge and relaxing views of the bay from inside and from the large balcony (BBQ - also really clean).
Stocked with breads and raisin bread, 4 kinds of spreads, about 6 kinds of cereal, 1L fresh milk (not the 250mL UHT stuff), large orange juice, and jars of wrapped lollies.
Comfortable couch, recliners and bed.
All just amazing.
