Even though it's a system with codes, the staff are around. We asked for sandwiches and to keep the judge on the departure day and they accommodate being very friendly.

This is a lovely quaint guest house in a great location.. The family that run it were just so helpful in every aspect of our stay.. Nothing was too much trouble... The location is really ideal especially if you ski. Few steps and you right away enter the cable car pulling you over the top... at the same time very quiet and just a few steps away from the old city center which is also awesome!
