The location is fabulous (the main shopping center / St. Stephens plaza area). It's both a great walking location and easy to access the subway which makes it very easy to get around Vienna as a whole. The continental breakfast is decent, as well as there is a push button espresso / latte machine. Front desk reception is helpful. The room and storage were better than expected. The mattress was really comfortable - a bonus. I also appreciated the good communication prior to arriving.

Room was sweet and took us back to old Vienna. Location was perfect. Staff super-friendly and was always ready to assist us with ideas on where to visit and eat. The room was large and a bit old fashioned. Lots of closet space. Very quiet neighbor had even those it was one block from the Opera which was our reason to choose the location. They also helped us to arrange for an extra night stay at short notice, and got us a taxi for a 4am pickup right after our opera performance. Super people made the difference.

I like the location of the hotel and that there was free parking for our car infront of the hotel on private land.
I like how nice and friendly the staff were, they were happy to help. The girl working in on the bar was really welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and nice the one on the reception as well.
Really excellent hotel if you need a brake during your long trip, comfortable beds, nice and quiet so you are full of energy in the morning to continue driving.

The conection to transport network is very good ( tram in front of the building, metro U6 about 10min away. It takes about 30min. to get in the city.
