We stayed on July 6, 2024, for 2 nights. We traveled with our puppy and paid a small additional fee at the reception for accommodation with the dog. In my opinion, we were given the best room, and we were thrilled with the view from the window and balcony. We are very grateful to the hotel for this. We are delighted! We want to come back again!
The person at the reception was very kind and friendly. At first, we couldn't find our room, but then he helped us. The hotel staff is very hospitable.

As soon as we stepped foot in the hotel, we were amazed by the warmth and friendliness of the environment and staff. The location is absolutely beautiful, with mountain views all around the hotel. We arrived to the hotel quite late after travelling all day so even when the kitchen was about to close, the manager extended the kitchen times so we could have a family meal. The food was amazing, with a range of traditional dishes that me, my husband and kids all loved. Furthermore, the room was outstanding with a view of the mountains, clean and tidy environment and quite and relaxing surroundings. The manager was lovely to speak to and since we haven't been to Austria in over 10 years, we were a bit lost on what we could do, so the manager gave us recommendations of what there is to do in the area and overall really made sure our stay was extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable beds, proper duvets. It was the first time I properly slept at night for our two weeks of holiday. Large balcony was lovely too, the property is well looked after and we felt at home. Wonderful breakfast with splendid views was a great start of the new day too! Great contact with the owner. They sent us an email if we needed kids bed. We didn't have the opportunity to answer it during our trip. On our self check-in, it appeared they put the kids bed next to door to our room in case we need it.

It was my second time there. I like the sauna and the relax zone. It is close to city center but quiet in evenings. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. Staff is helpful, we asked for a lemon for a tea and day after it was there automatically.
