The view is magnificant. I had booked a room with view of the valley, and it was so beautiful! Even if it was a bit of a drive into Bregenz, which is what I was in the area for - I opted for this and is really glad I did.
The hotel is not fancy, but the owner so nice, and the room very best and clean. Good food also, for which they were very attentive beforehand to write to me about.

At first glance the property looks old and worn, but actually you can see the owner is trying to up date the property. Our room had enough space for a larger family and a sparkling bathroom and toilet. The kitchenette was dated and a little odd but it was ok. Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday and the owner was sick and nothing was open. However the lovely young man on duty had rang to apologise and pre warn us that there would be no food, and the same young man served us a plain but acceptable breakfast the next day. He was very attentive and friendly. It was a shame we didn’t get to experience the kitchens, but you can’t help it if you get sick ! Overall a clean and comfortable room within budget.

I cannot recommend Naze's Hus enough. Not only is it the perfect location for exploring the glorious surroundings, it is also simply the perfect place to stay. There is the friendliness and eloquence of the staff, the quality of the rooms, the unique and cosy atmosphere through the use of only natural materials. But equally the quality of the kitchen is just wonderful, be it for dinner or the freshly made breakfast each morning. Naze's Hus is simply a first choice when staying in the Bregenzer Wald and especially in Mellau. You will not be disappointed!

The apartment is located next to the mountain base, right next to the ski lifts. We were two couples and slept each in his bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Quiet peaceful place. We stayed for only one night.
It was a wonderful stay. The homestay is very well located in the Austrian Alpes with a outstanding view. The facilities are very nice and clean, especially the wellness area. The host, Johanna was very friendly and welcoming.
