The staff is very helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was sufficiently large and comfortable. No complaints really. It is easily reachable with public transport (i.e., a very comfortable modern train) from either Munich or Innsbruck. It is a good place to depart (or end) your trek through the Karwendel park.

I got a smallish room. That was my intention. It was really clever. Long, slender, but cleverly and modestly decorated. Was really very doable for a single traveler. I was on the long trip and this is perhaps the most interesting room I had.. and the lighting was really well done by the way.

Great location, friendly and helpful host (even when we arrived late at night) everything we needed for a week in Austria. Plenty of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. Apartments are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Cosy apartment in a great location. Opposite supermarkets and close to village square. Not large but very homely. There are 2 apartments - the other is larger with a couch for a little extra. Well equipped with washing machine, oven and full range of kitchen utensils. Good wi-fi and super comfortable bed. Terrace which receives afternoon sun. Inga is a great hostess - will greet you at apartment with keys.

The must try is the Well-being center Olympiadbad Seefeld with world class, state of art sauna, steam and swimming pool facility which is 10’ walk from the guest house. Great stay and amazing service and hospitality by the host! Highly recommend.
Great location, very close to the center but in a quiet, nice area. Apartment is equipped in everything you may need for a longer stay- great kitchen, dining area, nice bathroom. Very nice, big balcony. There is also a place to store skies or other sport equipment. Very nice and helpful Host. We highly recommend this place and are very satisfied with our stay at House Birgit.
