The staff were very polite and most helpful, they helped to arrange a taxi to take us over the pass as it was blocked for cyclists. We stayed in the guest house away from the main hotel as it suited our budget. We were the only ones staying there and we had the loft. Had the best sleep of our trip so far!

The location is near the city center and close to a bus stop from where you can easily take a bus to several ski areas. The host is very friendly and helpful, we received daily updates about the weather, tips on what to do and fresh bread in the morning.
