It is in a beautiful place, surrounded by wonderful mountains. Quiet and nice. Owners are very helpful and kind suggesting excellent tours and other programs. We did not have breakfast, because wanted to sleep late in the morning, which we could do with no annoyment. We had all necessary equipments to make our own food, there was a big fridge with freezer. The MPreis shop is very close, a few minutes walk. It is an excellent place to stay and go for hiking and admiring the wonderful mountains and lakes.

Absolutely perfect stay at Heidi’s. From checking-in to hospitality throghout the stay all the way until the departure, I felt welcome. The pension is very cozy and gives very homey feelings, in addition to the fact that the location is amazing — there are grocery store, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants in a few-minute walk distance, all easily accessible. Breakfast aas very tasty and plentiful.
Haus Kathrin is within 500 metres of Werfenweng town centre, a swimming lake, ice skating facilities, a supermarket and a restaurant.

Very well located, cute little accommodation. A perfect base for hiking, but if you fancy a drive, there's plenty to see within a 50 km radius. Not that the Filzmoos Valley and the beautiful mountain ranges surrounding it are not enough.
And then there is the incredible kindness of the host, Katja. He was always smiling, gave us lots of useful tips about hiking, sightseeing and generally had a great chat. We were there with our dog Bentley, she gave him treats and even gave us a muzzle while we were there.
Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast she prepared at the beginning of each day! It really was everything a person could wish for. There were also several homemade products.
I also find it worth mentioning that our room always looked renewed when we came back from breakfast. Many times my partner and I couldn't understand how Katja could clean the room so nicely, while she was often talking to us at breakfast! 😅
I could write more after a week of staying there, but I can only say good things, I think! ☺️

Beautiful rooms, spacy and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and rich in local fresh food and groceries. The owners are amazing and very helpful. They arranged for us the local discount card with which we travelled for free and they gave us great tips for hiking. The residence has the bus stop just across and there are many hiking options around.

The hotel is really charming, every detail is taken care of, it is situated in a beautiful place and has a magical view. The hosts are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It is a nice little village with several playgrounds for the kids, walking paths, and other sights/sports attractions are close by car. We had a wonderful stay.
The kitchen is in good condition, and the shower is good too. The view is stunning, and the town is quiet, picturesque, and pleasant. The host provides a discount card for attractions in the surrounding area.
Hans and Hubert were great hosts. The accomodation was very clean and tidy with an amazing view. We booked the 1-room apartment with private bathroom. It was really nice and comfortable. Slight recommendation: a coat hanger would be nice, otherwise everything is perfect.

Very friendly hosts, extra comfy bed, beautiful and clean room, extremely quiet at night and very fresh breakfast. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The location is ideal for hikers, less than an hour to Hallstatt and Salzburg.
Great and quiet place at the end of a valley - There is a lot of snow even if there is no show in Schladming. Spacious appartment with great beds, nice view from the window, everything clean. Very nice hosts. We could visit the farm with cows :-)
