Haus Mayerhofer is a lovely and cosy place! We spend Christmas there and had the best time!
Beds are really comfortable! And it has a big living room and kitchen space. The apartment was perfectly heated for the snow! Although the bathroom is en suite with the one room, it wasn't a problem for us as 'n family.
Breakfast is available on request. Everything is closed in St. Gilgen on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, but we made a delicious meal in our apartment. There is Spar supermarket close by to buy all you need.
The people are very friendly and St. Gilgen is a beautiful town! It is close to the bus stop which connects you to anywhere!

Spa was a welcome suprise, great breakfast and staff all very helpful. Room clean & tidy. Very quaint setting near a wonderful character village. Helped us hire a e bike which was fantastic.

The location is walking distance from the town centre. We had a room on the first floor looking towards the lakeside and even though it's not that close you can see the water and the mountains. The breakfast is great!

Absolutely everything! Our host Victoria and her husband could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable. Lots of space, exceptionally well appointed. Beautiful views from the terrace overlooking the lake and mountains . Very quiet. Only a 10 minute walk down a pretty lane into St. Gilgen, one of the prettiest villages I have visited. Local supermarket 6 minute walk. Cannot fault in any way. Thank you Victoria so much. Will come again if we revisit Austria.
Brilliant apartment, wonderful views and great hosts. Our stay was made even better thanks to the toys, cot, high chair and bath provided for our baby. We loved using the pool and how close we were to everything. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in st gilgen.
Lovely location within the village with a short walk to everything St Gilgen has to offer, including restaurants and boat trips across the lake.

I love the place and the view from our room. apartment was like a home, nice and cozy and very nice decoration. The hosts was nice and she even gave us a parting gift. we broke one of her framework and she's so nice she didnt ask us to pay.
