The location is perfectly situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Austria. The premise is quiet, private, and perfect for children and adults. We were a group of 10 ranging from 6 to 88 years old and everyone enjoyed this facility!
Pension Göschlberger is only a 5-minute walk from the beach at Lake Mondsee and a 7-minute walk from the center of Mondsee. WiFi access and parking are free.

St, Gilgen is scenic and incredibly charming and this little hotel is a great value in the historic district. It is not on the lake, but a short 5 min walk to the water. One woman seems to run it all and she was friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment and our two teenage boys slept on the sofa that has a kind of trundle pullout. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchenette was small but very usable and we used it several times. It had a stovetop and an oven and a good-sized refrigerator. There is a big grocery store up the hill, about an 8 minute walk. We did not pay for the hotel breakfast, as it’s a lot cheaper to buy fruit and yogurt from the store. We rented mountain bikes from a local shop and enjoyed an easy family ride to St Wolfgang on a very well-maintained and well-signed bike path.

A very cozy and functional studio, every little detail is thought out, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, perfect cleanliness. The house is located near the highway, which is very convenient for trips, and at the same time in a very quiet place, around a meadow, from the window there is a view of the Drakensberg Wall. We were very pleased with our vacation and warmly recommend the house itself and its hospitable hostess Barbara.
Very friendly host, convenient location, excellent view on the Mondsee, the apartment is new and has thoughtful design. There is a fireplace which is easy to use, fast warming and clean sauna and a lot of books around. Everything is set for a relaxing weekend. The apartment is well equipped and charming.
The location was stunning with a wonderful view if lake Mondsee. Uschi was a great host and offered us fresh milk and eggs from the farm and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The split level apartment was great with the bedrooms upstairs and living, kitchen and dining downstairs with a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment was very spacious. It was very quiet and relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A hotel with the charming atmosphere of an old monastery. A magical place, enhanced by the time before Christmas and the Christmas markets right next to the hotel. Great maisonette room, perfectly equipped. Amazingly quiet place. Excellent hotel restaurant Benedictus with very helpful and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast. A huge advantage is the underground parking lot with direct access to the hotel. Extremely nice staff, thank you all for a wonderful stay. The first hotel to which we give 10 in all parameters.

Great host, everything was clean and comfort. Location is great just a few minutes up hill from Mondsee village. an hour or so fro Altstat and 20 min from Salzburg.
The "room" is actually more of a flat inside the house with 2 floors , one for living and 2 sleeping rooms on the second floor.
The house it self looks like atypical country side farm house with amazing view.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We pulled up to a farmhouse and were offered a drink by the hostess. Everything was dealt with efficiently and the hostess is a darling. Our 'room' was actually part of a mini apartment complete with living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The value for money is incredible. The place is located next to the carriageway so is easy to reach, but nevertheless feels remote, idyllic and quiet. The breakfast is charming and we'd be happy to return with our little British car :)
