The location is very pleasant for hiking, and it easy to access, with the proviso that of course the roads are quite small on the way. The facilities in the room are relatively basic but certainly comfortable.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment and balcony were very big and beautiful in a quiet street. Free of charge parking spot in front of the building. There were toys and playground for kids.
Electrical window covers were great to use. Foodstore was about 300m and great bakery about 500m. If I ever come back to Linz, I will certainly book the same apartment.
Location was out of city center, very quiet and away from traffic, so it was great for the dogs. There was an optional breakfast which was very nice. Hosts were super friendly and were happy to fulfill any needs.
