Apart from the really incredible location …. everything about Haus Patricia is first class. It’s our second stay there in two years and hopefully not our last! Our hosts Melinda and Kevin (not forgetting the newest addition to their family, their lovely dog Vaya) are so anxious to ensure every one of their guests has a great time. No stone is left unturned in making our stay absolutely perfect. Breakfast is wonderful. Boiled eggs with happy faces, the freshest tastiest bread rolls ever and such a wonderful selection of cold meats, cheeses and home produced jams. The beds are really comfortable with crisp white bedlinen and everything is kept super sparkling clean. They even provide a night light and extra sockets for all our electrical appliances. Kevin is so talented for all the maintenance and Melinda is an absolutely perfect hostess.

What an amazing boutique hotel in Sankt Martin bei Lofer. Everything was perfect in this idyllic village hotel. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was superb, with timber walls and ceiling beams, which gave off that wonderful smell that you only find with natural wood. We had our own balcony, and the views were beyond beautiful. Breakfast was also very nice, and the discussions with the hostess regarding the tourism option in the area were most welcome. This is a wonderful hotel, with the best of everything. Just wished we could have stayed longer.
A good location for a stress-free holiday in Lofer, Forellenstube is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities.

Hi Katrin was a lovely host ..lovely breakfast of eggs and bacon and lots of other lovely stuff .good location 15 min walk into town ..or bus every 15 mins at peak time for ski lift (which was about 4 stops away) bus stop right outside but can you can actually ski back to apartment..room is basic you get what you pay for but very comfortable and clean 💕

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Very charming, elegant and clean. All staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, nice and helpful. We loved our restaurant host Franjo that made our dinners extra enjoyable.
Location is wonderful at the very top of the street, next to a farm and very close to the Berghouse cable station. Good facilities for mtbikers.
It's a perfect place if you want to be within walking distance from the slopes (Asitzbahn 1&2 cable cars are 10mins walking dstance) and also enjoy the quiet. The flat is extremely spacious -perfect for two couples with kids. My daughter (age 2) slept perfectly in the kids room - the hosts provided a cot bed. There's a separate living room and the hallway is setup as a dining room. The kitchen has everything you need in there to cook and emjoy a proper dinner.
Great value apartment and great host. Only 3 min walk to ski bus. 2 minute drive to supermarket. A bakery, cafe only 3 min walk. 5 minutes to gondolas on ski bus. Ski bus runs to schedule like clockwork. Would not hesitate to recommend for ski holiday.
Super quiet, spacious, clean, comfy and stylish. Pleasure to stay there. And if you go in more people it is also cheap for what you get. We don't miss anything. We didn't travel with kids but I guess they will love the place as well, there is a nice garden with playground. Also there is a room for bikes and no problem to park a big car. Thx!
Everything about this place was just superb. The 360° view of the mountains, the little greenway leading to Leogang-Steinberge, the host Sabine. The apartment was very well equipped, in a quiet location. It is well worth getting the local tourist card from the host for great discounts. All baby equipments were provided, we just didn't want to leave at the end of our holiday.
Friendly host, clean and well-kept guesthouse. The facilities, environment, and surroundings exceeded our expectations (especially for a small town like Leogang).
Comfortable apartment with spacious rooms, a toilet, a kitchen, a balcony, and basic necessities. The bus stop and cable car station are both nearby (walkable/ridable). I will most certainly return!
