The place even though is self regulating, with no staff whatsoever has a good feel about it.
The rooms are clean, kinda spacious even in the dorm formation but with no working area (for us on business trip).

The owners are nice, the rooms are clean and bright, and breakfast was nice. The location is very quiet, peaceful and green. The view from the back (to the west) is fantastic.

The breakfest was ead very very good, all products fresh and tasty .The location is very good. Very close to the highway, but the village very quiet and leafy.
The host allowed us to check-in at 1:30 a.m., which is exceptional, and with long-distance travel can happen.

We stayed there for 1 night on our way (two days of driving). It is 15 min from the motorway, 40 min from Vienna. Very quiet, picturesque valley. It should be a great place to stay longer. But for us, as one-night passer-byes, it was excellent: clean, good size rooms, with very comfortable showers, and an excellent breakfast (home-made marmalade!). There was a microwave and a fridge in the corridor. WiFi was good. The hosts waited for us (we arrived late - about 10 pm) and made us feel welcome.
