My wife and I loved everything!! The host, Annaliese, could not have been sweeter or more kind! We arrived just before 2100 due to some traffic. She offered and made us fresh tea and served that with some homemade cake. We sat and talked to her for almost 20 minutes before heading to our room. The room was incredibly nice and complete with a note from Annaliese and fresh drinks for the evening. The bed and duvet covers were very, very comfortable... we slept so peacefully! And then... there's the breakfast! There was only my wife and I plus one other guest for the night and you would have thought the place was packed based on the size of the spread!! Everything was delicious... from the fresh-baked breads to the jams, yogurt and fresh fruit, along with an abundant meat and cheese selection. Anneliese even offered for us to make sandwiches for the road since she knew we'd be doing some walking and sightseeing that day. We honestly LOVED everything! Anneliese and her family (who have run the Bed and Breakfast for almost 100 years) we the most generous and thoughtful hosts. We will be most certainly be back!! -Daniel

Big spacious room and comfortable bed. Very clean and a lovely helpful staff! The hotel is near a busy road but after 9:00 the traffic died down and we had a quiet evening even with the windows open. Delicious and substantial breakfast. Very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay with fabulous hosts. Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed two nights here and it was conveniently located to all the sights we wanted to see. Not right in the city, but it had absolutely wonderful scenery you wouldn't get in the city.

We found this pension for a 1 night stay on our way to Italy. Well, we could have easily stayed there for a week. The environment is beautiful for walking, cycling etc. The pension itself is highly recommended. Traditional Alp guesthouse, nice spacious rooms, very clean, good breakfast, decent dinner. Very friendly staff. Amazing view of the landscape from the veranda and in a quiet village. A wonderful start for our vacation
