There are no negatives with this place! 100 % wonderful. The owner was extremely nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filling and tasty. The rooms were quiet and the bed comfortable. A positive and pleasant experience all the way around.

We loved the warm and very welcome by their female receptionist. Lovely atmosphere at this family driven hotel cares a lot about their guests. We had a very clean and nice room on the top floor.

Dinner was excellent and breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of food.
The hotel was very clean and was decorated in a Tirolean style. The staff were all lovely and helped us out with our lack of spoken German.
Pension Johanna enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Kitzbühel, within an 8-minute walk from the cable cars and Hahnenkamm Train Station. WiFi and parking is provided free of charge.

We were very impressed by the hostel. The facilities were great and very clean, as was our room. We spent time in the common area, admiring the mountains and watching the euros on the tv. The kitchen was also clean and well-equipped.
Sitting on the balcony of our room, we could admire the magnificent Wilder Kaiser.

Really clean, great location. The shared bathroom and shower were close to the room so it was ok and also spotlessly clean. The kitchen is great, you can cook there, there is a coffee machine and fridges.

Excellenet location, stunning view to the Wilder Kaiser mountain. The house is really close to every "Berg Doctor" related places so ideal choice for fans. The host is very kind and helpful. It's a truly recommended accommodation.
The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It had everything you needed for a great holiday. The area was very quiet and beautiful. Hosts were excellent. It was nice knowing that there was someone to call on if you needed anything.

Great location, very close to the center, but very calm and quiet. Loved the cosyness of the appartment, parking right in front of the property & easy acccess to ski-boot storage. Hosts very responsive and nice to talk with. overall a great relaxing experience!
