Heidi was a very friendly and helpful host. Heidi saved us a lot of money by telling us about the ‘Karnten’ card. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was good, a few minutes walk from the mountain cable car. I love staying in this type of family run accommodation, the room was very comfortable for a good price.

Exceptional place, fresh air, free parking, great panorama, flexible reception (we arrived an hour later than expected, was easy to update the reception about it + there were only a small soap in the bathroom and they told first that they do not offer shower gel, however upon returning from dinner there were 3 mini shower gels in the room) The receptionist spoke multi languages and was accompanying us to the room to show it. There were plenty of activities (both for winter and summer) in the neighborhood, kids playground in 2 min driving and there are shops open in the city even on Sunday what is not that usual in Austria.

Fantastic apartment, great location opposite the cable car (for winter holidays). The apartment is well equipped, very tastefully furnished and we really enjoyed it. The hosts were unobtrusive but always available for help or advice at any time. We will definitely come again.

Great location (a cosy place with beautiful views in a quiet environment), Kärnten Card included in the price of accommodation (it saves you quite a lot of money), nice and helpful hosts (among others, welcome package was a wonderful surprise).
