It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was minimal and somewhat disappointing. Little hard to find.

Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the exceptionally welcoming host family. Our kids loved the ability to go out on the playground alone or pet the animals.
Good location to explore the surrounding, there are so many attractions and beautiful places nearby. Nice, calm and quiet apartment, was equipped with everything that you need for a short stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for all the little presents!
We liked everything about the appartment. Especially the view from the terrace over the lake and mountains. The appartment is the whole second floor of the house and is really spacious and nicely equipped, also very suitable for families with children. The neighbourhood is really beautiful, quiet and safe. Perfect location to explore all the beautiful lakes of the Salzkammergut. Heidi is super nice :) we are looking forward to our next stay!
Great location, 10-15min walk downhill to the lake with
parking opposite the hotel. Quiet also, we could only hear the sound of the stream below. We had a nice view of the mountains in the distance.
There is a beautiful beach next to the lake with restaurants in the vicinity. Definitely worth a visit, it offers amazing views of the lake and mountains around.

Great restaurant downstairs, run by the friendly host family. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, kettle and cups available on request. Good location to serve as a base to explore the area by car. Local pool and lakeside dining options were very pleasant. Easy drive to Gmunden and only an hour or so from Hallstatt.
The location and view were just wonderful. Pension and rooms were very clean. Our Hostess (family business) was just worth a very particular praise, so active, so courteous, so correct, she adds a big + to the property. We were so happy that we would love to make up a bigger group of friends and organise a stay there, to enjoy the calmness of the place and its location as well as hiking in its neighbourhood.
Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting close to the lake . A great base for visiting the local area . Great host , great facilities and a great experience . Highly recommended .
