Everything worked properly except the toilet in the shared bathroom upstairs, which was broken during my stay.
The living room downstairs (the front room of this private townhouse, actually) was just a nice and quiet place to relax or have a cup of tea/coffee. There was a big new fridge accessible for everyone there. There was also some silverware.
My room was clean and tidy. The movable air conditioner was quite good during red hot days in January-February.

An excellect property in a quiet residential neighbourhood....but very close for walking to main streets for restaurants and other key parts of the city. Great location! Victoria was an outstanding hostess!! couldn't ask for better. Room was large, comfy bed, good shower, A/C very effective. Simple but delicious breakfast. Great suggestions and helpfulness from victoria. A wonderful stay.
Miguel was a wonderful host that made sure we were feeling right at home! The apartment was very nice with a great location, quiet neighborhood but very easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely come back :)
Juan Pedro was excellent and very toughtful host. We loved the B&B and it’s charming 70s vibes. B&B was nicely small and quiet (only 3 rooms, we happened to be the only guests) and everything is very clean. B&B is located on quiet and nice area. We really loved this accommodation!

The apartment is great, charming and spacious being a duplex. There is a parking space if you rent a car (and it's within the property so safe to park).
Breakfast is provided just next door.
Location is also great, in a quiet street and still very close to city centre (only a few steps away).
And last but definitely not least, the host is simply the nicest guy on earth (thanks Ale for everything and very nice to have met you!).
