Bed is comfy and they make it for you every day. Kitchen is pretty well equipped, altho no communal oil or spices as far as i could tell other than some salt. It’s a pretty good location, not too long of a walk to the main area of palermo soho, and there are sttill lots of restaurants/bars/cafes nearby, they’re just quieter. The one girl that seemed to be working at reception the most was nice.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location with a lovely view of the city...Patricia was a great host...very responsive and accommodating... definitely would recommend staying at her place
The location is ideal to be quiet and relax. You can enjoy the green spaces and silence and also quickly reach the city center with great movement and many points of interest.
Nacho, Naza and Dana, our hosts, in addition to giving us instructions and welcoming us, helped us choose the best restaurants in the area to visit since we stayed for only a few nights. I would love to stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires, I loved my stay.
I was greeted by Micaela, my host, with whom we had been speaking on WhatsApp since I made the reservation.
He behaved in a very friendly way and when he received us he left bottles of water and coffee ready in the apartment.
I really liked the location, it seemed like a safe and quiet area but just a short distance from the great movement of the city center.
Great location and quiet area - the heart of Palermo / Villa Crespo - , at a walking distance from attractions and close to supermarkets, restaurants and other spots such as bakeries, chemists, etc. Building with security and parking place available, which made our stay very comfortable and convenience. Mica was a fabulous host, always at our disposal to help and provide her best advices.
Convenient location to AEP airport. Quaint boutique style hotel. Rooms are small but with everything you need. Quiet air con unit, comfy beds. Didn’t use the breakfast facilities due to early check out. Value for money
Great location, with a lot of amenities near the house, secure neighbourhood, always walk with your bag in front of your body. Zuni is a great host, always attentive. The bed was great.
the location was perfect, quiet yet within very easy access of everything. Great host, extremely helpful, speaks English. apartment spacious and very clean. Very secure. lovely outdoor seating area on balcony, not overlooked.
Quirkily charming hotel in a great city location for restaurants, bars and access to the city centre.
Hotel is boutique style shabby chic, but maybe in need of some work in some areas of the building’s facilities.
Beds comfy, breakfast very good and reception friendly and helpful
A great hostel to stay! Quiet street in the city center, cozy rooms, comfy beds, everything you need for a stay is there. Super friendly staff, always helpful and just nice to chat with. Absolutely recommend.
