Norik's house is a treat. I don't speak Russian or Armenian and couldn't converse with him at all, but another guest told me about how he built it himself. It has a lot of character and details like a light up stained glass ceiling to the bathroom. He also makes a good, hearty breakfast with Tatar, mashed potato, bread, cheese, sausage... Think Eastern Bloc / Armenian comfort food. Everything worked pretty well. Rooms are big and comfy. Makes you feel like a kid again. If you have any nostalgia associated with old soviet style homes this will activate it. I'd love to go back.

A lot of services for children: snow sledges and tubes with specially prepared slope, trampoline, stuffed toys, etc. The same for adults: pool, library, board games, PlayStation, piano, air hoсkey, etc. Great location - nature around, near the center of Tsaghkadzor, well-groomed territory (for Armenia). A lot of facilities in the room, good catering (but cheap though). Huge and cozy hall, carpets in the corridors. In general it was a pleasure to explore the corners of the resort.

Very Clean, quiet place. The host, Ms. Nara, is friendly and very kind, helping in any manner she could. The place is very clean with all the toiletries in place. Cable TV and really good Wifi amenities and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the barbeque there we had prepared ourselves!
Max was a great host who advised properly and helped whenever needed.
As for the venue, great location and value for the money. Not the best quality rooms, but it's many times cheaper when compared to their neighbors.
