I very much liked the host, and the feel of the place. Very homey, clean and tidy. The other guests were very quiet and polite. I slept like a baby.
The host initially told me they unfortunately couldn't offer me a smoke-free room, but I took it anyway, asking them if they could air it out a little before my arrival - instead she upgraded my room free of charge to one with a balcony; by the time I got there I could never have told somebody had ever lit a cigarette in there. Thank you!
They also allowed me to store my big backpack in their place after check out, so I didn't need to bother with it while visiting the city.
The location is a 5 min walk away from a 10 min, 100 Dram (€0.25) Metro ride to the city center. If there's no more metros at night, a taxi costs around 1200 Dram (± €3) from anywhere in Yerevan (time of writing= 27/6/'24), and there's super cheap electric scooters too!

Such a cozy, relaxed spot. The owner took good care, sharing fruit and coffee with me all the time. He also taught me how to throw pottery on a wheel! (I'm very bad at it.) Felt like staying at someone's home rather than a guesthouse, really lovely.
