The location is perfect: ~30 min. to the airport by car, shops and cafes nearby, quiet neighborhood. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Stayed here with family in the room for 3, and there was enough space for everyone. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is great, as it is super close to the airport,-no need to spend a fortune on taxi. Also, the place is really clean with great facilities. Finally, the host is amazing! Super helpful and friendly: booked a taxi for me from the airport as I didn't have Internet on my phone and told me many interesting things about the city and Armenian culture. Would highly recommend it to solo travellers as it feels safe and comfy.

This place is remarkable. If you get a chance to stay and see the workshop you should not hesitate. It is a crucial part of Armenian history. The lodging is more than ample, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind. I hope I can go back to visit again with family and stay longer. And I hope they host workshops and tours in the future.
(Also, an easy taxi ride to the airport in the middle of the night. A good grocery store a short ride away.)
