Loved everything about this quirky, well run hotel. It was the best hotel in our Armenian holiday. Staff are extremely friendly. Check in was quick, easy and shared all information needed. Children’s play area was a little bonus. The room is fantastic. Beds are cozy and we slept well. The breakfast in the picnic basket is a fantastic touch. They said the restaurant will be opening soon which would have just made this stay 10/10. They said the menu will be as unique as their hotel. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Clean and peaceful place to stay at Dilijan. The host is very sweet, kind, and a lovely lady. We had a good time here. The only problem is the washroom is outside the house, so when it is really cold at night going outside to use the toilet would be a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a good stay for us.

A clean and cosy homestay in the hills above Dilijan, with beautiful views over the valley. We found Nelly the host to be friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests.
Nelly is an excellent cook and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner that we had. The food was tasty, interesting, and excellent value. My husband has a dietary requirement and she happily prepared some options for him.

The cottage is well hidden from the main road but yet very close to the centre of town. It was easy for us to walk around Dilijan. The bed was comfortable and the house was cosy. The owner was very friendly and approachable, checked in on us during our stay and also helped us with our requests, such as giving us a drying rack to dry our clothes.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the position useful to reach the centre with a short walk. The lady host is very sweet, she made me tea from the herbs of her garden as I was not feeling good. Great experience!

Excellent accommodation with friendly hosts and great location. The rooms were in a very atmospheric old and cozy building. The views from the apartment are quite scenic and the building although in central location is in a very quiet area.
The place is simply lovely! We ended up in Dilijan rather late in the evening and were super happy to find this place last minute and ready to welcome us. The host was so friendly and helpful, the room was charming, quiet and comfortable. It was not luxurious but had well thought touches added to it. Excellent value for money.

I would really recommend to get breakfast and dinner in the guesthouse as it is simply very very delicious - everything homemade by themselves.
The location is very quiet - closest shop is 10-15min walk away. Get a taxi to go to the city centre.
The hosts are the most friendly and hospitable. It's not the first time I am staying here. Though the location is a bit far from the city center, you can take a taxi which is very cheap and works anytime in Dilijan

Everything was so great! :) Nelly has been a great host to us - friendly, helpful, charming, flexible, taking care of us whenever we needed it. Breakfast and also dinner was all hand cooked with love and a lot of Armenian flavour in - absolutely recommendable. The rooms are in very good shape and look super nice, as you would expect them to look given the mountain scenery around. If we would return to Dilijan, for sure we would love to stay here again.
The hostess is a very nice and friendly lady, always ready to give us all the support we needed; the breakfast was very good; the atmosphere and quietness of the Guest house was great and it is located very close, by car, to the city center.
I liked everything! So comfortable, clean guesthouse, surrounded by nature - you wake up and hear the sounds of bees and the sound of mountainous river ❤️ The only disadvantage is the location - it’s far from the city center - but taxi in Dilijan are reaalyy cheap so it’s not a problem - order a taxi and in 5-10 minutes you will be everywhere you want in the center!
