Very nice place to be, super helpful and very nice host who does everything for the comfort of his guests. The view is very nice, and the location is superb. The room is very clean, with all the amenities including all the towels, toothbrush and slippers! There is also a fast wifi connection. Super satisfied! Great location for Mt Aragats, beautiful garden full of fruit trees and berries - simply the most delicious cherries I have ever eaten. Lovely host who looked after us so well, helped us book taxis and make other arrangements (we don’t speak Russian or Armenian)

Pretty cheap place with all the basic neseccities. Shower wasn't giving warm water at that time, but I didn't investigate further so might also have been that I waited too short. Very friendly host who loves receiving guests.
The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, quiet and just lovely. The surrounding nature was breathtaking and I enjoyed every minute of my stay :). Also, the host was extremely helpful, gave me advice and tips for my stay and even offered to drive me back to yerevan as he had to go there too!
Nice place with great hosts. During summer It should be a perfect place to stay. When we arrived, it was a little bit cold. But the hosts gave us a heater. Also, we ordered food. It was homemade and delicious. Very beautiful view at the balcony.
